How do I meet my driver at Hurghada Airport?
Your driver will wait for you outside the arrival area with your booking name or reference. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp available after landing so we can contact you if needed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight delays whenever flight details are provided. Your pickup time will be adjusted to your actual arrival, so you do not need to worry about normal flight delays.
Are your transfer prices fixed?
Yes. The price shown during booking is the transfer price for the selected service, destination and vehicle type. Any selected extras, such as a SIM card, are added clearly to the total.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. For airport pickup to hotel bookings, you can choose a round trip and add your return pickup date, time and flight details when sending the request.
Which vehicle should I choose for my group?
Choose the vehicle according to passenger capacity and luggage. Sedans are suitable for small groups, minivans for families, and minibuses for larger groups. If you are unsure, send the request and we will advise the best option.
Do you provide child seats or baby seats?
Yes. You can select child seat and baby seat options during booking. Please add the child age in the notes if you want us to prepare the most suitable seat.
Can I add a SIM card to my booking?
Yes. Available SIM card capacities can be selected in the booking form. The SIM price is added to your booking total and shown in your confirmation.
Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes, changes are possible when the vehicle schedule allows it. Contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp or email and include your booking reference.
Do you operate transfers at night or early morning?
Yes. We provide private transfers 24/7, including late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.
Do I need to pay online?
Your request can be sent without online payment. The confirmation or payment instructions will be handled according to the current booking arrangement.
Can you transfer us to El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay?
Yes. We provide transfers from Hurghada Airport and Hurghada hotels to the main Red Sea resort areas, including El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh and Soma Bay.
What information do you need to confirm my booking?
We need your name, phone or WhatsApp, pickup date and time, destination or hotel, passenger count, vehicle type and flight details when the transfer is connected to an airport pickup or drop-off.
